PAUL is a film, television and stage actor residing in Toronto, Canada.  He returned to acting after a colorful and decorated police career, having specialized as a Major Crimes Detective, Hostage Negotiator, International Peace Keeper and Polygraph Examiner. A regular guest on many major news networks as a Hostage Negotiations expert, Paul is also a host and admired spokesperson. He will be a featured speaker at the TEDxToronto conference in October, 2015.
